CORAM :- S. C. DHARMADHIKARI & B. P. COLABAWALLA, JJ.

DATED :- OCTOBER 27, 2016 P.C. :- 1.

This writ petition was initially placed before a Single Judge of this court and he found that the matter pertains to a Division Bench. The Registry would have examined the issue and arrived at a conclusion that the matter pertains to a Division Bench. That is how it was permitted to be moved before us. The petitioner's advocate sought urgent circulation of this matter for today. Accordingly, it was circulated. The petitioner and the advocate both are absent though their names are correctly displayed on the board. There is no leave note of the advocate also. In these circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
