The present Chamber Order is taken out for restoration of captioned Petition, dismissed by Order dated 15.11.2017 under the provision of O.S.Rule 986.
Perused Affidavit in Support. Heard Ld.
Counsel for the Applicant. Ld. Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the captioned Petition is uncontested. It appears that captioned Petition was taken out for issuance of legal Heirship Certificate under the provision of Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VII of 1827. According to the Applicant, by Order dated 15.11.2017 Applicant was directed to remove office objections on or before 06.12.2017. According to the Applicant, he was not aware about the objections raised by the office and he came to know on 12.1.2018 when email is received. As matter is uncontested, contention raised by Applicant needs to be accepted. Accordingly, Chamber Order is granted as payed and signed separately. No order as to costs.

on or before 21-03-2018, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
