Testamentary Petition (L) No.1319 of 2015 is restored to file. All objections, including as to payment of Court Fees, to be removed on or before 29th July 2016, with no possibility of extension. In default, the Testamentary Petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and will not be restored thereafter under any circumstances. 2.

The Notice of Motion is disposed in these terms with no order as to costs.
