Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation as well as the learned AGP for the State. Even the order impugned in the Writ Petition records that the bungalows subject matter of the Petition are situated within the property claimed by the Applicant Society. Therefore, in any event, the Applicant Society is atleast a proper party to the Writ Petition.

Therefore, the Notice of Motion will have to be made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). After amendment is carried out, it will be open for the Applicants to take out appropriate proceedings as regards the interim relief granted in the Writ Petition. 3.

Subject to what is observed above, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The Writ Petitioners to carry out amendment within a period of three weeks from today.
