I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned senior counsel for the respondents extensively on these proceedings. The hearing today has generated some suggestions which are made to the parties in regard to the relief which is granted by the arbitral tribunal in terms of prayer clause a(i) and (b). Learned counsel for the parties are agreeable to take instructions on the discussion which has taken place.

Needless to observe that all this would be without prejudice to rights and contentions of the parties. Parties would accordingly be heard on the adjourned date of hearing.
