For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out on or before 6th July 2015. A copy of the amended Affidavit in Support to be served on the Advocates for the Plaintiff on or before 13th July 2015.
