The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that it is one and half year the Petitioner has filed an Application for execution of the order passed by Respondent No.2. However, the said Application is not being considered by Respondent No.2.

The learned Counsel for Respondent No.3 submits that Respondent No.3 has preferred an Appeal. There is an Application for condonation of delay. The same is scheduled for hearing on 8th July 2022.

Considering that the order of Respondent No.2 is in force, Respondent No.2 may endeavour to decide the Application of the Petitioner for execution, expeditiously.
