The learned counsel for the Petitioner Shri Hegde M Chandrahas and the learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 Shri Ashish Ghadge tender Consent Terms dated 17/09/2018 evidencing the settlement between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.2. The said Consent Terms have been signed by the Petitioner Shri Ramchandra Udiawar as also on behalf of the Respondent No.2 by Shri Dinesh V Luharuka. The said Consent Terms are also signed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner Shri Hegde M Chandrahas and on behalf of Tamhane & Co. by the learned counsel Shri Ashish Ghadge for the Respondent No.2. The said Consent Terms inter alia contains the terms and conditions on the basis of which the Petitioner would be provided the transit rent pending implementation of the re-development scheme, and the time frame within which the construction of the new building would be completed. lgc

(31) wp-1455.15.doc The Petitioner - Ramchandra Udiawar is personally present in Court. He is identified by the learned counsel Shri Hegde M Chandrahas. When put in the box and queried he states that he has read the Consent Terms and that the same are acceptable to him. He further states that he has signed the said Consent Terms of his own free will and volition. The partner of the Respondent No.2 - Dinesh V Luharuka is also personally present in Court. He is identified by the learned counsel Shri Ashish Ghadge. When put in the box and queried he states that he has read the Consent Terms and that the same are acceptable to the him as also the Respondent No.2. He further states that he has signed the said Consent Terms of his own free will and volition.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted.
