Having perused the order dated 25.4.2018 and the directions which are sought by the Court Receiver, in my opinion, it is clear that the plaintiff is not coming forward to execute and register the agreement of tenancy in favour of respondent nos.1 (a) to 1 (c). If the plaintiff himself is not taking any further action, it is open for the respondent nos.1(a) to 1 (c) to move a proper application for modification and/or for such further orders as may be necessary..

In the aforesaid situation, no order on the report of the Court Receiver can be passed. It is accordingly disposed of. (G.S.KULKARNI, J)
