The petitioner appearing in person admits that this is a service matter within the meaning of section 3(q) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and though it concerns the Maharashtra Telephone Nigam Limited and Department of Post and Telegraphs, it is open for her to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. Once that is conceded and the tribunal is exclusively set up to take such matters, then, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
