It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that in these petitions, one of the contentions raised on behalf of the petitioners is that they are 1/2
1_CARBP532_19.doc not liable to pay service tax and it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners have already instituted appropriate proceedings before the the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT).

Disposal of these petitions, as withdrawn, will not affect the proceedings so initiated before the CESTAT.
