Mr. Nalawade, learned Government Pleader, on the basis of the instructions from the Joint Director, and the Under Secretary of the Higher Education Department makes a statement that the case of the petitioner was considered in a meeting held on 10th February, 2015 at 6.00 p.m. at Mantralaya, Mumbai. The said meeting was attended by the Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary and the Minister of Higher Education Department, wherein it was decided to transfer the pps

4 wp 564-13.doc petitioner back to the Government Law College during the next academic terms which will commence from June 2015, on the same terms and scale prior to her transfer, impugned in the petition. Statement accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader, nothing survives for consideration. The grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Without going into the merits of the matter, the petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the statement made and recorded herein above.
