1. This is a suit filed under Section 32B of the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act, 1936. Both the plaintiffs have declared that they have been living separately since 3 rd January, 2019. Both the plaintiffs are present today. They confirm the contents of the plaint. They have filed affidavits of evidence both dated 5 th February, 2020. They confirm that they had no claims against the other in accordance with what is declared in the consent terms Exhibit B to the plaint.

with. In view thereof, suit is liable to be decreed.

3. Accordingly, I pass the following order;

(i) There will be a decree in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The marriage between the plaintiffs solemnized on 4 th May, 1998 stands dissolved.

(ii) Suit is accordingly disposed.
