Mr Kamat seeks leave to amend the title to correct the name of the Plaintiff by removing the word "M/s" appearing before it. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out throughout the plaint and the Petition forthwith in Court without need of reverification. 2.

The proposed Defendant has its office outside Mumbai. A material part of the cause of action in this Suit for recovery of dues under invoices has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. I am satisfied that with leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters 23rd February 2017
