Mr. Rastogi, learned counsel for the petitioners has fairly stated that the petitioners have already assailed the order passed by the designated authority cancelling the petitioners registration before the appellate authority. The appellate authority presently is in seisin of the proceedings. 2.

If that be so, in our opinion, the prayers which are made in the petition would not warrant any adjudication at this stage. We dispose of this petition, keeping open all contentions of the petitioners on all the prayers and with a request to the appellate authority to dispose of the Kiran Kawre ------------------------- 31 July, 2023
