She has instructions to make a statement on behalf of the Defendants Nos.1 and 2 that they will not hereafter in any circumstances and without prior written permission from the Plaintiff broadcast, transmit, distribute or upload to any online platform or website any copy or version of this film or any part of it. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.
