RD Dhanuka J appointed a Court Receiver by order dated 18th March 2016. An authenticated copy of the order was served on 28th April 2016. The complaint now is that a Certified Copy was not lodged in time.

The Petitioner states that the Respondents have agreed to pay the Petitioner's dues. The Court Receiver to stand discharged without passing accounts but on payment of costs charges and expenses plus Rs 3,000/- of the Court Receiver Report. 22nd February 2017
