There is delay of 10 days in filing of the caveat and also affidavit in support of the Caveat by the Applicant. The delay is sufficiency explained in the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons.

For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

Office is accordingly directed to accept the caveat and affidavit in support of the caveat to Petition No. 608 of 2016 and Vishal Parekar 1/2
