By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 13.1.2017 passed by respondent no.2. The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that there is alternate efficacious remedy available to the petitioner to file Appeal before the Deputy Collector.

As alternate efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner I do not find any reason to entertain the present Writ Petition.
