None of the petitioner, except petitioner in Company Petition No. 25 of 1998, is present. On the last occasion also, except petitioner in Company Petition No.1048 of 1997 and respondent's advocate, nobody was present in Court.
On record I find an affidavit of the Managing Director of respondent company affirmed on 29th June 2018 in response to the directions given on 22nd June 2018.
Ms. Shah appearing for petitioner in Company Petition No.25 of 1998 states that her client's claim has been settled. Since nobody is present for the other petitioners and on the last 3/4
occasion also nobody was present and even before the Prothonotary and Senior Master on 6th September 2017, nobody was present, all petitions dismissed for want of prosecution.
