The present Interim Application is filed seeking to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased original claimant Nos.1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 13, 14, 15 and 16 and substitute the names of the legal heirs in place of the deceased original claimants.

A perusal of the Schedule to the Interim Application shows that the names of the legal heirs are set out without their respective addresses. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that he shall furnish the names along with the addresses of all those mentioned in the Schedule to the Interim Application within a period of two weeks from today to the office of the Government Pleader. The same to be done on or before 03/02/2023.

Mr. Dighe, learned AGP appearing on behalf of the State undertakes to carry out the amendments within two weeks thereafter, i.e., on or before 17/02/2023.
