The above Notice of Motion has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which has been dismissed for non prosecution under Rule 986 on account of the non removal of the office objections. The Applicant also seeks condonation of delay in filing the above Notice of Motion. The Learned AGP Mr. Gore submits to the orders of the Court. In view of the fact that the above Petition has been dismissed for non prosecution on account of non removal of the office objections, we deem it appropriate to grant one more opportunity to the Petitioner to remove office objections and to prosecute the Petition on merits.
