Called for disposal; however, learned counsel for the applicant states that due to inadvertence, the matter was not attended to on the last occasion when taken up for disposal.

On behalf of the plaintiff, Mr. Thakur has already conveyed that he has no objection to the IA being allowed. On behalf of the Liquidator as well, the learned counsel has instructions to state that the Liquidator has no objection if the IA is being allowed.
