RD Dhanuka J appointed a Court Receiver by order dated 5th August 2015. An authenticated copy of the order was served on 20th August 2015. The complaint now is that a Certified Copy was not lodged in time.

The Petitioner seeks a discharge of the Court Receiver in any case saying that the matter has been compromised and the account has been foreclosed. The Court Receiver to stand discharged without passing accounts but on payment of costs charges and expenses plus Rs 3,000/- of the Court Receiver Report. 22nd February 2017
