Ms. Rita seeks leave to withdraw the chamber summons as well as execution application.

Both chamber summons and execution application dismissed as withdrawn.

Wherever warrant of arrest has been issued, applicant shall within 72 hours inform the concerned authorities that execution application itself has been withdrawn and therefore, the warrant of arrest need not be executed and if already executed, the parties should be released forthwith. This is not only the direction of the Court but also taken as an undertaking on behalf of applicant.
