1) We have heard the learned counsel for the applicant in notice of motion.

2) The applicant has taken out this notice of motion seeking order of injunction restraining respondent nos. 1 to 4 from allowing respondent no.5 to construct a new building on the reserved plot for RG ground. Main petition is still pending for admission. Hence, at this stage, no ad-interim relief can be granted in the motion. Application for ad-interim relief is therefore rejected at this stage. Place the petition on board on 4/5/2017.
