The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions accepts that both the prayers (a) and (b) which are the substantive prayers do not survive with the passage of time. We accept the said statement. He submits that order of payment of reasonable compensation may be passed. We find that there is no prayer for grant of compensation in this petition.

Therefore, if permissible in law, the petitioner can always file a fresh proceedings praying for grant of compensation. Writ petition is disposed of. Notices of Motion, if any do not survive and the same are disposed of.
