The present Amendment seeks a post grant Amendment to the Testamentary Petition as well the Letters of Administration of this Court, granted by this Court on 24 th May, 2013. The error that appears in the schedule of assets is in respect of flat number and building number at serial No.1 of the schedule. 2.

Learned counsel points out that the flat number has been inadvertently mentioned as the building number and the building number has been inadvertently mentioned as the flat number. 3.

In view of present Amendment is sought for.

I have heard learned counsel and perused a copy of the said Interim Application and find that the same is an order deserves to be allowed in Manoj Wakle 1/2

Interim Application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:- "a. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Petitioner to amend the petition, Grant as well as schedule of property by correcting the description of the property as Room No. 204, Bldg. No. 1/B, Apollo Mill, Kalachowky, Mumbai- 400 033." 6.
