The Plaintiffs propose to file a Summary Suit. The Defendants have their principal offices outside Mumbai. Paragraph 13 of the plaint shows that a material part of the cause of action has arisen in Mumai. I am satisfied that with leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters Patent, this Court would have jurisdiction to entertain and try the Suit.
