The company ABG International Private Limited has already been wound up by an order dated 5th January 2018 in Company Petition No.667 of 2015. Therefore, this petition stands disposed with liberty to petitioner to lodge their proof of debt with the Official Liquidator, who shall consider the same in accordance with law.

Liberty is also given to petitioner to apply for revival of this petition and for necessary orders if the order of winding up passed in Company Petition no.667 of 2015 dated 5th January 2018 is set aside/recalled in Appeal.

Company Petition disposed accordingly.
