By an order dated 15 October 2008 passed by this Court Indubai Tatyappa Kamble was appointed as guardian of minor Karan Arvind Kamble. The share of the minor was deposited with the Accounts Officers, High Court, Bombay, till the minor attains majority.

The applicant-Karan Arvind Kamble (born on 11 September 2001) has now attained majority on 10 September 2019 and accordingly he appears before this Court in this Judge's order seeking encashment of the said amount and a balance certificate issued by Account Office, High Court Bombay, bearing A Sr.No.4448, Cause No.15409 and Ledger No.60 dated 5 February 2020 is placed on record.

In the above circumstances, the Judge's order is accordingly granted. Disposed of in the above terms.
