The plaintiff's Advocate states that he has not applied for all the reliefs that he desires for in the notice of motion and hence applies to withdraw the notice of motion with liberty to file another notice of motion for all the reliefs already applied for and for other reliefs.

The notice of motion is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

The defendants have been served the plaint and proceedings. The defendants shall file their written statements within 30 days.
