Heard learned counsel for the official liquidator. 2.

By this OLR, the official liquidator is seeking permission to appoint a valuer from the panel of the valuers maintained by the official liquidator to undertake valuation of movable and immovable assets of the company in liquidation located at Plot No.W-114(A), MIDC, Kharvai, Badlapur (East), Thane - 421 503.

In the interest of justice, the OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as follows:- "(a) In view of paragraph (6) supra, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint valuer from the panel of the Official Liquidator for valuation of the movable assets i.e. plant and machinery and scrap material and immovable assets i.e. factory premises MINAL SANDIP PARAB by MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date:

8_OLR19_24.doc including land situated at Plot No.W-114(A), MIDC, Kharvai, Badlapur (East), Thane 421 503 with factory shed admeasuring about 720 sq.mtrs. approximately and permit the Official Liquidator to make the payment of the valuation charges to the valuer as per the invoice raised from the sale proceeds of the Company (In Liqn.) after deduction of applicable taxes;" 4.
