Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

(i) Ms. Mahernosh Humranwala, Advocate is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of the Partnership Deed Dated 06-04-2008, which is modified by the Deed dated 11-09-2009, 30-03-2011 and January 2012.

(ii)The disclosure of Ms. Mahernosh Humranwala, Advocate under Section 11 (8) read with Section 12 (1) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is taken on record.

(iii) All contentions of the parties are kept open. (iv) The cost of arbitration shall initially be borne by the parties equally. (v) The venue of Arbitration shall be at Mumbai. ssp 1/2
