In regard to one of the Interim Applications, it appears the deponent has signed in the extreme margin, and the signature, although on the page in question, is not entirely visible because of the stitching and binding. This makes no difference and the Registry is directed not to raise any objection on this ground. The Interim Application is otherwise sufficiently verified. 4.

In Arbitration Petition No. 156 of 2020, there is a change in the name of the company. The amendments are permitted. Amendments are to be carried out in soft copies and in hard copies within two weeks from today without need of re-verification.

In view of this, both Petitions are dismissed as unconditionally withdrawn. The IAs are also disposed of in these terms. 6.
