The chamber summons is filed by the original Plaintiffs for amendment to the cause title and connected alternations in the body of the plaint. The suit has been filed earlier on behalf of the proposed cooperative housing society. The housing society has since been registered and accordingly, the cause title of the suit as well as description of the Plaintiffs in the body of the plaint is sought to be amended.
