Heard learned counsel for the official liquidator. 2.

By this OLR, the official liquidator is seeking appropriate directions in respect of security agencies appointed for property of the company in liquidation located in Silvassa. It is brought to the notice of this Court that there have been at least two incidents of intrusion into the property. One of the incidents is recent, in respect of which, FIR dated 06.02.2024 has been registered at Police Station Silli, Dadara and Nagar Haveli for the offences under Sections 454 and 384 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Copy of the FIR is tendered, which is taken on record.

The official liquidator is seeking directions for appointment of valuer for valuation of the movable and immovable assets of the MINAL SANDIP PARAB by MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date:

9_OLR20_24.doc company in liquidation, concerning the said property at Silvassa and also directions for payments to the concerned security agencies. Directions are also sought for ratification of appointment of the valuer and for payment of advertisement charges to the agency, which was engaged for advertisement calling for claims from creditors and workers.

Having perused the material placed along with the OLR, this Court is satisfied that the directions can be granted. 5.

Accordingly, the OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d).
