Inasmuch as the Petitioner has already filed Miscellaneous Application No.131 of 2018 in Securitization Application No.162 of 2016 before the DRT, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. 2.

We are informed that the matter is listed before the DRT on 22nd March, 2019. We direct the DRT to decide the Miscellaneous Application No. 131 of 2018 on the said date and if it is not so possible, not later than 30th April, 2019.
