In pursuance to the order dated 5 February 2015, learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 states that the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 have taken inspection of the flats. However, the Court is now informed that the Respondent Nos.3 as well as 4 are willing to accept compensation which the Petitioners are offering viz. Rs.17,000/- per month for a period of 24 months as well as shifting charges of Rs.10,000/- in lieu of temporary alternate accommodation.
Respondent Nos.3 and 4 who are present in Court through their Counsel undertake to vacate the structures in question by 23 February 2015 1/2
k 2/2 19 wpl 282.15 os.doc upon each of them receiving the cheque of Rs.4,08,000/- i.e. Rs.17,000/- x 24 months) plus Rs.10,000/- from the Petitioners. Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 states that the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall execute the Agreement as has been executed by the other slum dwellers and co-operate in the registration thereof on or before 18 February 2015.
The statement and undertaking are accepted.
