Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel tendered the consent terms dated 17/11/2022 which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

The consent terms are duly signed by the respondent no. 2A on her behalf and on behalf of her minor childresplendent no. 2C. The consent terms are also signed by respondent no. 2B. The consent terms are also signed by authorised person of the petitioners- Mr.Allwyn Alvares who is present in Court. Respondents no. 2A, 2B and Mr. Allwyn

4.wp.2977-14.doc Alvares on behalf of the petitioners say that they will abide by the consent terms and they have duly signed the consent terms. I have interacted with the parties. The signatories are identified by their respective advocates. The consent terms are also signed by the advocates for the respective parties. However, in paragraph 3 of the consent terms it is stated that the petitioners would deposit in this Court balance sum of Rs.2,44,883/- within a period of two weeks. The parties orally agreed that instead of depositing the said amount of Rs. 2,44,883/- in this Court, the same would be directly paid to the respondent no.2A on behalf of respondents no. 2B and 2C as well. Respondent no. 2A is permitted to withdraw the amounts which have been deposited in this Court by the petitioners. The parties to abide by the consent terms.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. No costs.
