The counsel for the plaintiff states that they have not been receiving any instructions from the plaintiff. The counsel states that they have received an email from a Group Company of the plaintiff stating that the plaintiff is no longer operative in business and the suit to be withdrawn. The counsel states that they have requested the Group Company to send a message through the plaintiff to withdraw the suit but they have not received any instructions. They have also advised the Group Company that if they do not receive any instruction from the plaintiff, they will withdraw their appearance and the suit will be dismissed for want of prosecution. The counsel also tenders a collection of six emails which are taken on Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

914.ss.2950.2000.doc record and marked 'X' colly. for identification. The counsel further states that they have sent emails to the concerned person on 22nd July 2016, 23rd July 2016 and two emails on 25th July 2016 but still they have not received any instructions.

The counsel for the plaintiff requests the Court to permit them to withdraw their appearance.

Leave to withdraw the appearance granted. The Advocate for the plaintiff is discharged.
