P.C. :- This Petition can be disposed of by granting liberty to the Petitioners to tender an appropriate representation to the Chief Executive Officer, S.R.A. setting out their grievances and if the Petitioners tender a representation within period of eight days from today, the Chief Executive Officer, S.R.A. shall take a decision in accordance with the provisions of law and the regulations governing the subject as expeditiously as possible, preferably within period of three weeks from today.

It is clarified that it would be open for the Petitioners to raise related objections in appropriate representation/representations and the Chief Executive Officer, S.R.A. shall take appropriate decision within the time stipulated as above. It is further clarified that this Court has not examined the correctness or otherwise of the contentions raised by the Petitioners in the instant Petition and it would be open for the deciding authority to deal with said contentions/objections in accordance with law. It is further clarified that in the event of occurrence of any further cause, it would be open for the Petitioners to avail of the remedies available in law. 3.
