The only relief claimed by the petitioner in this petition is to direct the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to consider and decide petitioner's application dated 21.6.2016 Exh."C" in accordance with law on its own merits.

Without commenting upon the petitioner's entitlement, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent nos.1 and 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application dated 21.6.2016 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
