Mr. Bhatt, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the Municipal Corporation has awarded contract in favour of the selected bidder. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is not desirous of proceeding with this writ petition. 2.

In these circumstances, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. If at all the petitioner is entitled to refund of any deposit, the Municipal Corporation may consider the desirability of refund in accordance with law.
