The parties have settled their disputes. Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed by the parties and their respective Advocates. These are taken on record and marked "X" for identifcation with today's date. I am satisfed that the Consent Terms are in order, not contrary to law and have been drawn by the parties of their own volition in refection of their true intentions. 22nd March 2021

The undertakings are accepted as undertakings to the Court. 3.

The Suit and Interim Application are disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms.

The Court Receiver's Report is also disposed of. 5.

For the purposes of the destruction contemplated in paragraph 9, Defendant No. 2 is permitted to remove the seals placed by the Court Receiver.

The Court Receiver stands discharged without passing accounts but on payment of his costs, charges and expenses to be paid by the Plaintif at the frst instance within a period of two weeks from today.

A soft copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded as the second order in the matter. The Registry is to ensure that the hard copy of the signed Consent Terms is permanently retained on fle as part of the record and is not sent for destruction in the ordinary course.
