Ms. Singh, the learned advocate for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition stating that the petitioner will adopt appropriate proceedings to challenge awards dtd. 10th November, 2008 and 11th November, 2008 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Mumbai in Reference (IT) No.76 of 1992 and 55 of 1993. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn. Needless to say that all the contentions of the parties are kept open for consideration in the application to be filed by the petitioner.
