1] Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned AGP representing Respondent Nos.1 to 3.

2] The only relief sought in this Writ Petition is for direction to Respondent No.2-The Divisional Joint Registrar of Co-Operative Societies, Mumbai, to decide the Revision Application No.348 of 2015 expeditiously, which is pending since the year 2015.

3] It is the Petitioner's case that he was admitted as member of the Asha Colony CHS Ltd. -Respondent No.4, which Respondent No.4 challenged before the Revisional Authority and according to the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, there is status-quo in this matter. 1/2

(1)WPL-337-19.doc 4] In this view of the matter, as Revision Application is filed in the year 2015, we deem it proper to direct Respondent No.2- The Divisional Joint Registrar of Co-Operative Societies, Mumbai to decide Revision Application No.348 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and in any event before the end of June, 2019, if not already decided. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on any of the rival contentions. All the contentions on merits are kept open. Accordingly, Writ Petition No.337 of 2019 stands disposed off.
