By order dated 25th March 2022, this Court had disposed of the Interim Application (L) No.3011 of 2022 by permitting account payee cheques to be deposited by Defendant No.2 towards full and fnal settlement, service gratuity, death gratuity and GSLI and Group Term Life Insurance, depositing with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court. The Applicant was granted liberty to fle fresh Application to withdraw the said amount. 3.

In addition to the aforementioned deposit, the learned counsel for Defendant No.2 has sought to make further deposit of sum of Rs.2,92,013/- by account payee cheque in favour of the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court towards wage revision arrears. Accordingly, the account payee cheque of Rs.2,92,013/- drawn in favour of the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court is permitted to be deposited with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court during the course of the day. 4.

The statement recorded earlier shall continue till the next date.

Application by way of Praecipe is accordingly disposed of.

6.

Miscellaneous Petition (L) No.23695 of 2021 together with Interim Application No.1852 of 2022 shall be placed on 14th July 2022, "High on Board".
