On 9th December 2021, we granted limited relief to the Petitioner to travel abroad and stayed the operation of a Lookout Circular ("LOC") for the duration of that travel from 5th January 2022 to 26th January 2022. The Petitioner travelled to UAE and USA. He returned to India on 26th January 2022. 2.
The present Application is for a renewal of that permission. The Petitioner proposes to travel to UAE between 27th February 2022 and 10th March 2022 and then to USA from 11th March 2022 to 5th April 2022.

Having regard to the circumstances of the case, we permit this renewal but on the same terms and conditions as we had imposed earlier:- (a) The Petitioner must file with the Prothonotary and Senior Master his complete and exact itinerary including contact details, places of stay and dates at each location.
(b) Any further extension will be considered only after the Petitioner has returned to India and will not be accepted while the Petitioner is overseas.

Subject to these conditions, the immigration authorities at all points of departure will permit the Petitioner to depart from the country and pass through immigration without regard to any Look Out Circular issued at the instance of the Respondent Bank. The immigration authorities will act on production of an authenticated copy of this order.

Irrespective of any auto renewal, the present LOC remains stayed until 5th April 2022.
The present Interim Applications are disposed of in these terms.
