The only prayer pressed by learned Counsel for the Petitioner is that the Petitioner'

s representation dated 17th July, 2017 (page 20 of the Petition) through his Advocate in respect of the errors in the description and the capital value calculation be decided. We accede to the request and we dispose of the Petition by directing the Respondent No.1- The Assessor and Collector, R Central Ward to decide the said representation after hearing the Petitioner, expeditiously and in any event within a period of two months from today.
